The questions buyers actually ask
Straight answers on quantities, testing, origin and lead time — the things that decide whether an order goes smoothly. Anything not here, just ask.
It depends on the model and whether it is OEM or ODM. For a standard chair on an existing mechanism the order quantity is reasonable; a fully custom ODM design with new tooling needs more volume to make sense. Tell us the model and target quantity and we will give you a straight number, not a runaround.
Our chairs are built and tested to BIFMA X5.1 and EN 1335 patterns, and we can arrange third-party SGS or TÜV reports per order. We do not claim a blanket certificate that would not match your specific build — testing is matched to the chair and the market you are selling into.
Yes — we run overseas production in Romania (in production) and Vietnam (ramping up), alongside our China bases. For EU and North-American buyers that can mean a different country of origin and a shorter inland leg. We will tell you which base fits your order and where the duty and lead-time differences actually land.
OEM if you already have a finished spec you want built under your label. ODM if you have a market and a price point but want us to design the chair. OEM is usually faster because the design is settled; ODM gives you something competitors cannot copy off a catalogue. We are glad to do either.
A sample on an existing mechanism is typically a couple of weeks; a new ODM design takes longer because of tooling. Production lead time depends on quantity and season. We give you a real timeline at quote stage and flag it early if a deadline is tight rather than promising a date we cannot hit.
For 24/7 use we quote a Class-4 gas lift to an SGS test pattern and a polished aluminium five-star base. Cheaper nylon bases and Class-3 lifts exist and are fine for light home use; we will tell you which is right for your application instead of defaulting to the lowest cost.
Yes. We build dual-motor sit-stand desk frames, plus executive, massage and health seating from the same group. If your order mixes chairs with desks or a lounge piece, we can often quote it together. If something is a stretch for us, we will say so.
Send a short, specific brief through the contact page — models or a spec, target quantities, your market, and whether it is OEM or ODM. A focused message gets a faster, more useful reply than a long one. We respond within one business day.
Send us the spec — we'll quote the real thing
Models, quantities and your market in a few lines. If a job is outside what we run well, we'll say so instead of burning your sampling budget.
